Anamika Chatterjee is a writer, editor and public speaker based in the UAE. In her day job as the head of arts and culture at Khaleej Times, the UAE’s first English language newspaper, she has conducted in-depth interviews with global luminaries such as Asle Toje (vice chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee), Mohan Munasinghe (former vice chair of the UN body IPCC that shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with American vice president Al Gore), Sophie Trudeau and personal finance guru Suze Orman, among others. A two-time TEDx speaker, she was invited by the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ Patna branch to talk about living with survivor’s guilt during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has also been curating and producing the Middle Eastern editions of Emmy-nominated journalist and Washington Post columnist Barkha Dutt’s We The Women conference that spotlight conversations around women’s empowerment. As a moderator, she has shared stage with globally renowned named such as American astronaut Sunita Williams, International Booker Prize winner Geetanjali Shree, Canadian activist and author Najwa Zebian, travel writer Pico Iyer, among others.
