Co-hosted by Sanda Ojiambo, Assistant Secretary-General and CEO of the UN Global Compact, together with UN Global Compact Board Member CEOs, the Leadership Dialogue will focus on the Future of Responsible Business with a view to building business momentum and support for the Pact of the Future and UN Summit of the Future taking place in September 2024.

Today’s business leaders are facing pressures of increasing complexity and intensity, forcing them to make decisions shaped by geopolitical, ethical and material dimensions. Against this complex landscape, how can business leaders, in partnership with the UN and other stakeholders, ramp up ambition and partnerships towards a sustainable future?

Our dialogue will help shape the agenda for the 2024 UN Summit of the Future and provide senior UN leaders with a stronger understanding of how to fully engage the private sector at this important global rallying point. Intimate roundtables will examine how companies can address barriers, manage global shocks and create the partnerships needed to secure a resilient and sustainable future across the key areas of climate and energy transition, gender equality, sustainable finance, water resilience, living wage and food systems.
