Engineer from the University of California and MBA from INCAE, with diplomas in Public-Private Participation, Social Responsibility Management, Governance, and Political Leadership in the USA, Chile, and Ecuador. He has participated in public-private partnerships such as the Guayaquil Airport and Port. Currently, he is the Country Manager for Corporación América and CEO of Ecuador Cargo Terminal and Galápagos Ecological Airport. His management is characterized by sustainability, with certifications including LEED Gold, Carbon Neutral 1st in LAC, Best Passenger Experience in LAC, as well as ISO 9000 and 14001. He served as President of the UN Global Compact Network Ecuador in 2022 and is the Vice President of ACI-LAC, the International Council of Aviation for Latin America and the Caribbean.
