Chartered Governance Professional and Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, is the Managing Director of Vistra Group’s operations in Barbados. Before this, Connie was a Partner at Ernst & Young Caribbean, spearheading the development and management of the firm's British Virgin Islands office for several years. Connie is a member of the Board of Directors of Grantley Adams International Airport Inc., the sole airport in Barbados and the key aviation hub of the Eastern Caribbean. She also serves on the Board of Invest Barbados, the economic development agency of the government of Barbados, as an independent director. Connie is a founding member and Director of the International Women’s Forum Barbados Chapter and the Honorary Consul of Spain in Barbados. Residing in Barbados, Connie is a dedicated professional and an active philanthropist, contributing to various charitable endeavors in her community.
