Description
The global challenges we face today - conflict, COVID-19, climate change, inequality and injustice - affect all of society, especially children. They also demand collective responses. This plenary session organized by the United Nations Global Compact, UNICEF and Save the Children will highlight the need for holistic business action to advance children’s rights in the workplace, marketplace and community. It will mark the 10-year anniversary of the Children’s Rights and Business Principles and look ahead at what is needed to accelerate action across the business and government spheres to ensure that children’s rights, voices and interests are fully incorporated into responsible business conduct and global sustainability efforts.
