Gabriela Ocampo is a member of the Governance and Anti-Corruption team at UNGC HQ. Her primary focus involves leading initiatives in collaboration with companies, aimed at promoting 'transformational governance' through the implementation of SDG16. Additionally, she has overseen and executed multiple strategic alliances with different United Nations entities and governments to advance the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.

Previously, Gabriela served as a sustainable development advisor at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the UN in New York, representing Mexico in the negotiations for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. She also served as lead negotiator for multiple resolutions on economic, social, and political matters.

Her career in Mexico encompassed international, tax, and corporate law across several renowned law firms. Gabriela holds a master's degree in Sustainable International Development Law from the University of Washington and a master's degree in Corporate and Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana. She is a graduate of Universidad Anáhuac Law School in Mexico.
