Gillian Winkler is a Director of Partnerships at WaterAid America where she translates the strategic priorities of corporate and foundation partners into shared value opportunities to expand water, sanitation and hygiene in the most marginalized communities in the world. Prior to joining WaterAid in early 2022, Gillian managed business development and external engagement at Safe Water Network, building cross-sectoral relationships to move the safe water enterprise approach forward in its thinking and practice. Earlier in her career in international development, Gillian worked at Creative Associates International in Washington, D.C., and Habitat for Humanity Argentina in Buenos Aires. Gillian received her B.S. from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University
