The Practitioners Roundtable: The Male Ally Countdown: Taking Effective Action to Engage Men to Propel the Women’s Empowerment Principles will convene business leaders to discuss how the private sector can accelerate gender equality by effectively engaging men as allies in the workplace and beyond. The two-hour session will commence with expert speakers and then lead to a facilitated dialogue with your peers. Together, you will take stock of existing best practices and come away with fresh actions your company can take to engage men on the journey to gender equality. The outcome of the roundtable discussion will be an Action Guide outlining key actions to implement an effective male allyship programme. This event would not be possible without the support of women-owned businesses.

The Practioners Roundtable will be hosted in the West Terrace. The Networking Reception will be hosted in the Delegates Dining Room in the United Nations Headquarters. Lunch will be served during the Roundtable and an evening reception will follow.
